What are "Contact Views" and how can I check them?

If someone has viewed the contact details of your cargo or vehicle, they must appear in the "Contact Views" list.

If you cannot find a company or organization in the "Contact Views" list, you should proceed with caution, as it is unclear how they obtained your information or why there is no record of the view.

In such cases, we usually recommend verifying whether the contact is registered on the platform or declining cooperation with that user.

How can you check if the contact is registered?

1. Go to the "My Transportations" section

2. Open the detailed view of your shipment by clicking the "More" button

3. Go to the "Contact Views" section
