At Della, we have a dedicated section where you can check the status of a company, organization, or employee.
You can also check whether the company is registered on the platform and whether the contact details used to reach you are registered
To check a company:
1. Go to the "My Transportations" section
2. Open the "Company check" page
3. Search using the phone number, messenger number, or email address that was used to contact you
4. Check whether the company or organization has an “Active status” on the platform
Company and organization statuses:
Company or organization with this status can view contacts and place freights or vehicles for transportation.
Company or organization with this status doesn`t have access to the platform (to place freights or vehicles, view contact details).
User with this status is temporarily under moderation. We recommend you repeat the search after a few minutes.
Company or organization with this status has a restriction on placing transportation orders (partially suspended, fully suspended). This status also possible when company/organization is under moderation or in case of suspicious activities.
Company or organization with this status has been blocked for violations of the term of use of the platform and doesn`t have access to the platform (to place orders, view contact information etc).
If you see the verification icon, then the user or company administrator has successfully verified their identity.
Deleted phones or emails are inoperable ways of communication.
